When Mughlai recipes are placed side by side with others, it was discovered that it has more ingredients than all other recipes that can be found anywhere in the world. Careful consideration of all the sub-cuisines in the study shows that their profiles are strikingly similar.

When the top 10 ingredients that make the Indian cuisine thick are considered, it was observed that the pattern tilts towards a negative direction; yet results that make the mouth to salivate over the food were achieved at the end of the day. All the above are spices; despite the unequal distribution, the results that matter is achieved. The above report is true of Indian foods; they are different from dishes from other parts of the world.
